I would like to franchise my seven year old English Tea Room and Victorian Gift Gallery. I am looking for a substantial financial partner or a buyer of our current business to fund a franchise and make our current store and restaurant the first "charter" franchise tea room in America.

Tea room dining is a rapidly growing trend. We predict that within the next 10 years you will see tea rooms all over America. The tea drinking trend is accelerating quickly in larger cities.

Over 70 million baby boomers will leave fast food restaurants because dining choices will change as their children leave home. "Empty nest" adults will be looking for quiet and unique dining experiences. Adult diners will also be seeking more healthy, quality foods that tea room dining offers. A tea room and Victorian gift gallery is a strong attraction, especially for the women's market.

We currently have lawyers, judges, dentists, doctors, nurses, business owners and other upscale diners (both men and women) patronizing our facility. Many say our food is by far the best in town. We carry a small line of plus-sized women's clothing, cater weddings and group activities, and provide carry out lunches. We also offer interior decorating consulting. There are numerous opportunities to build profitability into our unique business concept. Our Victorian "lady" is a one hundred year old farm house listed on the Ohio Historical Registry. The Fifth Avenue traffic, where we are located, has over 15000 passersby daily.
